Met ons hoofdkantoor in Montreal en 12 trainingslocaties in Europa, zijn we volop in ontwikkeling richting een volledige focus op training. In Nederland en België werken zo’n 115 collega’s – van engineers tot customer service – en jij wordt hun HR-aanspreekpunt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR Generalist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden op HR-gebied. Je krijgt een breed scala aan verantwoordelijkheden, waaronder:

  • Adviseren en ondersteunen bij HR-vraagstukken op alle niveaus

  • Beheren van werknemersrelaties en het oplossen van eventuele issues

  • Toezien op naleving van HR-beleid, wet- en regelgeving (NL & BE)

  • Ondersteunen bij salarisverwerking en verzuimbeheer

  • Coördineren van onboarding en introductie van nieuwe collega’s

  • Optimaliseren van HR-processen en systemen

  • Meedenken over strategische HR-ontwikkelingen en verandertrajecten

  • Rapportages en analyses opstellen over personeelsdata

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in HRM of vergelijkbaar

  • 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring in een brede HR-rol

  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands én Engels

  • Kennis van HR-systemen en ervaring met salarisadministratie of payroll

  • Nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid, empathie en organisatorisch talent

  • Basiskennis van arbeidsrecht in Nederland (en bij voorkeur ook België)

Your Role

  • Preparing reports and analyses on workforce data

Your Profile

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a broad HR role

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English

  • Familiarity with HR systems and experience with payroll administration

  • Strong attention to detail, independent, empathy, and organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of labor law in the Netherlands (and preferably Belgium)
