Position: Senior HR Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana [5 days Onsite]
Experience: 4+ years in Human Resources with proven experience in establishing HR functions from the ground up.


Budget: 5 to 7 LPA

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior HR Executive to build the HR function from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional with a passion for creating robust HR systems, processes, and policies. If you thrive in a 0-to-1 environment and excel at building teams and frameworks from scratch, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
a)    HR Department Setup
  • Establish the HR function, processes, and team structure to align with business goals.
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks that reflect organizational values.
b)    Talent Acquisition & Team Building [10%-20%]
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define hiring plans and build high-performing teams.
  • Develop strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
c)    Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Create programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
d)    Compensation and Benefits
  • Design competitive CTC packages, including salary structures, allowances, and incentives.
  • Manage leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance with statutory requirements.
e)    Culture and Organizational Development
  • Build a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s vision and values.
  • Develop training programs and initiatives to support employee growth and productivity.
f)    Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track and improve processes.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•    4+ years of experience in HR.
•    Proven experience in building HR functions from scratch in a growing organization.
•    Strong understanding of HR practices, employee benefits, and compliance.
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
