This role, HR Process Owner (Central and Eastern Europe), People Operations, based in Bucharest, Romania, requires designing and executing operationally compliant processes to mitigate HR compliance risks. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing country-specific processes for efficiency and risk reduction, optimizing existing processes for scalability, and creating exceptional Googler experiences. The position demands comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Ukraine, Croatia, Lithuania, and Bulgaria. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7 years in HR, people programs, or related roles are minimum requirements, along with fluency in English and Romanian and experience with Romanian HR legal requirements. The ideal candidate possesses Lean/Six Sigma certification, experience with HR digitalization, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
