As an Internal Fraud Risk Manager at Tide, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of a new team at Tide focusing on internal fraud. You will work closely with 1st and 2nd Line of Defence colleagues to identify, assess and mitigate internal fraud risks across a dynamic and fast-growing organisation. This role covers Tide globally, so you’ll have the opportunity to work with Tideans in our various markets. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Internal Fraud, working closely with stakeholders such as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Director of Financial Crime Risk and the CISO, but you will also get exposure to many other Tideans including the Tide Executive and Senior Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the design and implementation of internal fraud risk management frameworks, and experience in conducting and managing complex internal fraud investigations. The candidate should have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate at all levels across the organisation.
