The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing/Social Media Support Specialist to join our Business Team. This role will play a pivotal part in creating and disseminating customer-centric marketing content, maintaining presentation materials, managing our Company's social media presence, and preparing proposals for Request for Quotations (RFQs). The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have a passion for innovation, and exhibit a strong desire to excel in a B2B tech environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer-Centric Marketing Content Creation:
· Collaborate with the Team to produce a range of customer-related materials, including email updates, podcasts, case studies, and blogs.
· Ensure content aligns with the Company’s message and values.
2. Presentation Deck and Sales Document Maintenance:
· Take ownership of maintaining and enhancing presentation decks and sales documents.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather updated information and incorporate it into the materials.
3. Global Delivery of Materials:
· Coordinate the timely delivery of marketing materials and sales documents to customers worldwide.
· Ensure accurate and professional representation of the Company.
4. Social Media Management:
· Oversee and manage the Eccentric’s presence on various social media platforms.
· Develop and implement content strategies to engage and grow our audience.
5. Proposal Preparation for RFQs:
· Collaborate with the Product Team to prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals in response to Request for Quotations.
· Ensure that proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
· Tech-savvy with a keen interest in the B2B tech industry.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
