This fixed-term contract role involves developing and implementing scalable sales solutions to drive growth for clients and Google. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with Nordic agencies and partners, understanding their business needs, and crafting advertising strategies using Google's product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the television and digital video landscape, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience in digital advertising or related fields. Success requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a fluent understanding of English and at least one Nordic language. The role focuses on leveraging Google's AdTech and owned media platforms to achieve client goals and drive mutual growth through data-driven marketing.
Must have:
  • 5+ years in digital advertising/marketing
  • Fluent in English & a Nordic language
  • Strong client relationship management
  • Develop joint business plans
  • Drive Google AdTech adoption
Good to have:
  • Deep knowledge of TV & digital video
  • Experience with senior-level agency relationships
  • Brand objective-based selling skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, consulting, or business development.
  • Ability to communicate in English and any of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Icelandic, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of the television and digital video landscape, and brand objective-based selling.
  • Ability to develop and grow senior-level relationships with agencies, and clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally/externally.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of partner businesses and industries, translating this into actionable Joint Business Plans to drive mutual growth.
  • Identify, develop, and implement scalable sales solutions and opportunities that generate significant growth for clients, partners and Google.
  • Advocate the future of data-driven marketing and digital transformation. Drive adoption of Google AdTech and Google's owned media platforms.
  • Manage communication and orchestrate efforts across internal teams and functions to ensure seamless execution of strategies and consistent progress with partners.
