Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will assist with finance-related administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking. They will maintain accurate documentation for suppliers, talent, and production assets, as well as support resourcing logistics, such as freelancer bookings, onboarding, and documentation. They will also help maintain trackers and internal databases, liaise with stakeholders to gather operational information, and support vendor management tasks, including collating quotes and managing paperwork. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
