The People Consultant at Google will provide dynamic consultations on various HR topics, including performance enablement, team effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and transition support. This role involves deploying HR programs and processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, building cross-team collaborations, and developing a deep understanding of Google's HR policies and the POps Menu of Services. The consultant will work closely with business/product areas and stakeholders to effectively serve Googlers, managers, and leaders. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7 years of HR experience are required. Experience in HR business partnering, people programs, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
