Project Manager – Data & Analytics
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business. Someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, drive complex data and AI programs forward, and ensure that value is delivered at every step.
This role is not just about timelines and trackers — it’s about ownership, communication, and being the steady hand that helps cross-functional teams navigate fast-moving, high-impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex data and AI programs — from initial kickoff to go-live
  • Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across technical and business functions, translating vision into executable plans
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery milestones
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and regular status reporting using Agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Own stakeholder communications — from steering committee meetings to executive updates
  • Manage vendor or partner coordination, where applicable (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud providers)
  • Support proposal development, including timelines, resource plans, and delivery models
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks and best practices
  • Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and momentum across global delivery team
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who’s organized but flexible, structured yet people-focused — with a passion for helping teams succeed and keeping everyone moving in the same direction:
  • 15+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally within data, analytics, or cloud technology domains
  • Proven experience managing large-scale data platform implementations or migrations (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Strong track record of managing distributed teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
  • Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a calm, proactive approach to issues and change
Nice to Have:
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications
  • Background in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience working with data governance, privacy, or AI/ML initiatives
Benefits for all our employees:
  • Access to trainings, conferences, and certifications for self-development
  • Skilled and team player colleagues
