Job Description
Zitga Vietnam Joint Stock Company is seeking a Quality Assurance (App) professional to join their team. The role involves planning and developing test documentation, executing various testing types (functional, integration, system, automated, performance) for Android and iOS products, reporting test results, analyzing and proposing improvements, tracking and managing bugs, and handling user feedback. The QA Engineer will collaborate closely with team members to ensure effective product implementation and maintain high-quality standards. The company, established in 2015 and based in Hanoi, Vietnam, focuses on producing and distributing mobile games and apps globally, aiming to be the leading mobile game/app company in Vietnam.
Must have:
- Develop test documentation (Test Design, Scenarios, Cases, Scripts) for Android and iOS.
- Perform functional, integration, system, automated, and performance testing.
- Track, manage, and prioritize reported bugs and issues.
- Handle and process user feedback from various channels.
- Collaborate with team members for effective product implementation.
Good to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Familiarity with software product development processes.
- Knowledge of application platforms and test environment setup.
- ISTQB Foundation certification.

- Mô tả công việc
- Lập kế hoạch và xây dựng các tài liệu kiểm thử như Test Design, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Scripts cho các sản phẩm Android và iOS.
- Thực hiện các hoạt động kiểm thử chức năng, kiểm thử tích hợp, kiểm thử hệ thống, kiểm thử tự động và kiểm thử hiệu năng để đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng các yêu cầu và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Lập các báo cáo tổng hợp kết quả kiểm thử, phân tích và đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Ghi lại và theo dõi các lỗi (bug) được phát hiện, đánh giá mức độ nghiêm trọng, theo dõi tình trạng sửa chữa.
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý phản hồi của người dùng từ các kênh khác nhau về các vấn đề gặp phải trong ứng dụng.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các thành viên trong team để chia sẻ, thảo luận và tìm ra những vấn đề cần thiết nhằm triển khai sản phẩm một cách hiệu quả
2. Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp ngành CNTT hoặc tương tự.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kiểm thử App
- Hiểu biết về các quy trình phát triển sản phẩm phần mềm.
- Hiểu biết các nền tảng ứng dụng,có kỹ năng xác định và thiết lập môi trường kiểm thử
- Có chứng chỉ ISTQB Foundation là một lợi thế
3. Quyền lợi
- Mức lương: thỏa thuận theo năng lực; xét tăng lương định kỳ 1 lần/năm; xét tăng lương theo năng lực max 4 lần/năm.
- Thưởng hiệu suất kinh doanh theo quý .
- Làm việc 5 ngày/ tuần, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6; được nghỉ T7, CN.
- Thời gian làm việc: 7 tiếng/ ngày (9h-17h30; nghỉ trưa 1h30’)
- Được tham gia đầy đủ BHXH/ BHYT/ BHTN theo quy định của luật lao động;
- Đóng bảo hiểm PVI kèm 01 người thân;
- Du lịch ít nhất 1 lần/năm, cơ hội du lịch nước ngoài; nhiều hoạt động thể thao/ Teambuilding/ Gala trong năm;
- Được tham gia các chương trình đào tạo nâng cao năng lực, phát triển bản thân;
- Cơ hội được làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, nhân sự trẻ, năng động;
- Có cơ hội thăng tiến lên các vị trí trưởng nhóm, quản lý;
