Job Description

The Campus Project Manager plays a key role in leading, planning, and implementing projects to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the Campus Department. Responsibilities include providing administrative and project support, managing calendars and expense reports, collaborating across departments, creating systems for communication and workflow, conducting data gathering, developing project plans within budget, recommending brand growth strategies, setting project milestones and deadlines, and serving as a point of contact for project teams. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Details

Position Requirements: The primary purpose of the Campus Project Manager is to support the Campus Department by playing a key role in leading, planning and implementing essential projects that enhance the department's overall effectiveness and impact.

  • Willing to become a member of TC and submit to the direction of the pastors and Lead Staff

HAND (Expectations + Duties):

  • Provide general administrative, clerical, and project support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage calendars, expense reports, and scheduling needs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across divisions and departments to support cohesive ministry efforts.
  • Create and maintain systems that enhance communication, collaboration, and operational workflows.
  • Conduct data gathering and research to inform decision-making and project planning.
  • Devising plans to complete a project and stay within the budget.
  • Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth and optimize the platforms that are given.
  • Creating long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Serving as a point of contact for servant leaders and teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • All other campus duties as assigned

HEAD (Knowledge + Training):

  • REQUIRED: Bachelors's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred
  • Point of sale experience preferred
  • Preferred experience with financial reporting, e-commerce sales, and brand management
  • Preferred experience with Shopify and order fulfillment
  • Previous experience in leadership or project management roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and good time management skills.
  • Self-starter and ability to work under pressure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and goals while managing multiple tasks
  • Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
