Vercel is looking for a Sales Trainer & Onboarding Manager to build and deliver our first in-person sales and customer success onboarding program: Vercel Bootcamp. This is a strategic and execution-driven role, designed for someone who not only excels at training but also has a strong point of view on sales excellence and knows what it takes to ramp up enterprise sales reps successfully.
This individual will be responsible for designing and managing the sales and customer success new hire onboarding curriculums, working in close partnership with our Field Readiness leads. They will also collaborate with Sales Managers to enhance asynchronous onboarding initiatives. This role is the primary point of contact for onboarding success, ensuring that new GTM hires ramp quickly and effectively to hit their targets.
This is not just a facilitator role—we need someone with a track record of enterprise sales success, deep technical acumen, and the ability to scale sales onboarding in a dev tools environment. The ideal candidate has experience selling developer-focused solutions, understands the modern buyer journey, and knows how to accelerate rep productivity in technical sales cycles.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $148,000.00 - $222,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
