The Scaled Delivery Manager at Google's gTech Ads Solutions manages operations serving Google's customers at scale. This role involves working with Managed Service Partners, GOC, LCS, and GCS to ensure seamless performance and business continuity. Responsibilities include leading operations, optimizing processes, managing vendor relationships (selection, forecasting, budget), driving efficiency and positive customer interactions, meeting KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across various departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing warehousing, supply chain operations, and third-party logistics, along with strong analytical and vendor management skills.
Must have:
  • 5+ years managing warehousing & supply chain operations
  • 5+ years managing third-party logistics relationships
  • Lead operations & inspire vendor teams
  • Optimize processes & ensure comprehensive training
  • Manage vendor selection, forecasting, resources, and budget
Good to have:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Six Sigma, COPC, or LEAN certification
  • 3 years of data analysis & business insight generation
  • Experience with tech and analytics tools (SQL)
  • Experience managing vendors and outsourced providers

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
  • 5 years of experience working, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Six Sigma, COPC, or LEAN certification (or other similar operations coursework).
  • 3 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
  • 3 years of experience in managing vendors and outsourced providers.
  • Experience using tech and analytics tools, with knowledge on SQL.

Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. The Scaled Delivery Manager will manage operations serving Google’s customers at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Managed Service Partner, GOC, LCS, and GCS. You will be a key member of a growing global team dedicated to Google’s customer success. You will also be managing vendor service providers to deliver performance seamlessly, meeting the metrics and ensuring business continuity.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations, inspire vendor teams, enable ecosystems of vendors/partner teams and support specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Optimize and maintain processes, ensuring comprehensive training and resources, enable processes like BCP, Agent quality, Compliance, Tools, SMEs, and training creation/delivery management.
  • Manage vendor selection, forecasting, resources, and budget, and support vendor partners by communicating and engaging with Google stakeholders and acting as a point of escalation in dispute management. 
  • Drive impact through efficiency, reduced effort, positive interactions, deliver KPIs, maintain infrastructure, and secure budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, support vendors, and advocate for operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple strategic relationships across global vendor management teams, Sourcing teams, Strategy and Operations, Tools and Automation, HR, Legal, and Finance.
