Job Description

The Search Solutions Expert at gTech Ads Solutions partners with Large Customer Sales to provide data-driven expertise to Google's largest advertisers. Responsibilities include advising clients on digital marketing strategies, architecting media plans, implementing technical solutions, and collaborating with sales and vendor teams. The role requires fluency in Vietnamese and English, a deep understanding of search products and performance advertising, and experience in marketing measurement techniques (e.g., incrementality testing, media mix modeling). The expert will serve as a trusted advisor, advocating for new product features and assisting clients with product adoption. Success in this role demands strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/advertising experience
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
  • Experience in marketing measurement
  • Knowledge of Search products
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling
  • Experience with incrementality testing

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in data analysis, interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into compelling narratives.
  • Experience in marketing measurement.
  • Knowledge of Search products, performance advertising market or online ads landscape.
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement techniques, including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English fluently as this role requires working with customers in Vietnam.

The gTech Ads Solutions team partners with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to provide product and data driven expertise to empower our largest and most sophisticated customers meet their advertising goals. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. The team will see massive transformations occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms and are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor to Google Ads clients by understanding how digital marketing and technology solutions can address their business issues, architecting media plans and delivering on technical solutions.
  • Partner effectively and build relationships with external advertisers to unlock business outcomes powered by Google Ads campaigns, driving product adoption and business growth across business lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and sales teams to drive growth plans for clients. Develop and apply knowledge of the market and engaged environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.
  • Serve as the customer's Search product expert by delivering consultative digital marketing solutions, advancing a customer's sophistication and digital maturity level.
  • Advocate new product features on behalf of the customer and assist customers in the adoption of new products via setup/implementation, upgrades and migrations.
