As the Senior Analyst – Fraud & Payments, you’ll play a pivotal role in building fraud prevention and payment operations from scratch, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless user experience in a rapidly growing environment.
This position is open to candidates based in Poland or Cyprus.
How will you make an impact with us?
Build and implement fraud prevention and risk management frameworks tailored to the U.S. market.
Monitor real-time transactions and player behavior to detect suspicious activity,
Investigate chargebacks, bonus abuse, and escalate fraud cases as needed.
Oversee secure and efficient payment workflows and integrations.
Work closely with payment service providers to resolve issues and improve service.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure KYC/AML adherence.
Analyze fraud and payment trends to inform strategy and reporting.
Own and document operational policies and processes for internal and regulatory use.
This is the right job for you if you have:
3+ years of experience in Risk, Fraud, or Payments within the iGaming or the online sweepstakes casino industry.
Strong understanding of fraud detection tools, risk management, and payment systems.
Hands-on experience with chargebacks, suspicious activity monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of AML, KYC, and responsible gaming standards.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills,
Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.
Ability to collaborate effectively with compliance, customer support, and finance teams.
