Job Description

As a Senior Digital Innovation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Customer Engagement (CE) platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your responsibilities include configuring and customizing entities, workflows, forms, and views within Dynamics CRM/CE, developing and implementing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with other systems, and designing and implementing solutions for data migration, data integration, and data quality improvement. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams, perform system testing and debugging, and provide technical support and training to end-users.
Must have:
  • 6-9 years of Dynamics CRM/CE development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/CE architecture.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and web services.

Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM and CE Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Customer Engagement (CE) platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with our internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that improve our CRM capabilities and streamline business processes.

Key Role Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE solutions according to business requirements.
• Configure and customize entities, workflows, forms, and views within Dynamics CRM/CE.
• Develop and implement plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with other systems.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, with specific focus on Dynamics CRM and Field Services.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support MSFT PowerApps applications that leverage the Dynamics and/or Power platforms.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support AI-Dynamics-related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.).
• Design and implement solutions for data migration, data integration, and data quality improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE updates, releases, and best practices.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 6-9 years of proven experience as a Dynamics CRM/CE Developer or similar role
• 2-5 years of strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/CE architecture, customization, and development tools.
• 3-6 years of proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Experience with CRM integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and API development.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE certifications are a plus.
