CI Games seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and execute product strategy, implement go-to-market plans, manage agency relationships, and serve as a liaison with platform partners (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Epic, etc.). Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, driving cross-functional team alignment, creating marketing assets, optimizing campaigns for regional adaptation, developing monetization strategies, leveraging data analytics, understanding market insights, and reporting to leadership. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in video game product marketing or management, a proven track record of success, and strong cross-functional team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Execute Product Strategy – Develop product positioning, franchise KPIs, and long-term marketing strategies/tactics to ensure strong product-market fit.
  • Implement Go-to-Market Planning & Execution – Implement global marketing campaigns, from pre-launch to post-launch, across multiple marketing disciplines and regions.
  • Manage External Marketing Agency Relationships: Select, onboard, direct, and evaluate external marketing agencies to ensure effective campaign execution, alignment with marketing goals, and efficient budget management, while fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • Serve as Marketing Liaison for First-Party & Digital Storefronts – Manage marketing relationships with PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Epic, and other platform partners to secure paid and earned marketing support, promotions and digital storefront visibility.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Team Alignment – Coordinate with development, marketing, publishing, commercial, and external stakeholders to align goals and responsibilities.
  • Creative & Marketing Asset Management – Participate in the creation and execution of key marketing assets, trailers, promotional materials, and storefront placements.
  • Optimize Campaigns with Regional Adaptation – Ensure global marketing strategies are tailored to different regions, leveraging cultural and market-specific insights.
  • Develop Monetization & SKU Strategies with Commercial– Plan pricing models, SKU structures, and digital platform growth initiatives to maximize revenue and engagement.
  • Leverage Data & Analytics for Decision-Making – Monitor in-game data, sales performance, financial metrics, and user feedback to optimize marketing and product strategies.
  • Understand Market & Player Insights – Conduct research on player motivations, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Communicate & Report to Leadership – Present marketing strategies, performance insights, and key findings to company executives and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within the video game industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for video games.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the global video game market, platforms, and player communities.
  • Experience managing relationships with first-party platform holders (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Epic).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.

Recruitment Process:

  • Once our Talent Acquisition team receives your application, together with the hiring team, we will review your CV, portfolio and the answers you provided in the application form and if all the boxes are ticked, we're moving to the next stage.
  • Initial call with Talent Acquisition Specialist - During this call you'll learn about the company and we learn about you. We'll talk about your experience & expectations with working in a fully remote environment and we'll talk about your expertise. We'll finish this call with some admin questions. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions as well.
  • After the initial call, usually 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team follows. These interviews will be a bit more technical and will go deeper into your experience, skills & knowledge. As you would have signed an NDA by now, you'll also learn a bit more about the project you would work on. During these interviews we'll also focus on finding out whether you're a good fit for our company culture and that we share the same values.
  • We may or may not ask you to do the test - this is decided on an individual basis and you will receive instructions with the test.
  • If everything goes well, the last step in the recruitment process is the offer presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and your future line manager to discuss the offer and next steps to get you successfully on board.
