Senior Software Development Engineer

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be involved in the development of Philips CDS software, within the Tools team. In compliance with the ISO standards applied to the medical sector (ISO 13485), you will participate in the creation of tools used by our development teams. You will propose a technical design, and you will write the code and its documentation.

You will be in contact with our architects to develop the tools of tomorrow that will allow teams to gain in productivity and ensure our technological lead.

You will work in a modern environment, with state-of-the-art technologies. You work entirely in English. You will apply the best practices, methods and techniques of modern software development.
 

Your role:

• Design the technical solution that meets the functional specifications
• Participate in the technical choices in accordance with the architecture choices established by the project managers
• Develop software in accordance with development standards and procedures
• Software development in accordance with development standards and procedures
• Create and maintain the CI/CD pipelines necessary for the deployment of our solution
• Write the necessary technical documents
• Estimate the time required to complete your tasks
• Update the time spent on your tasks to facilitate tracking

You're the right fit if:

• Have a background in computer development or significant experience
• Solid experience in .NET C# development (5 to 10 years). The company mainly use .Net for backend
• Knowledge in Web development (Angular) is a plus. Our tools have user interface, and we use the same technology stack in the whole department.
• A testing mindset
• Mastery of GIT, an AZURE DevOps type tool
• The ability to convey your ideas and solutions clearly, concisely, to convince stakeholders
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal

Rattaché au responsable du développement, vous intervenez sur le développement des logiciels de Capsule Technologie au sein de l’équipe Tools. Dans le respect des normes ISO appliquées au médical (ISO 13485), vous participerez à la réalisation des outils utilisés par nos équipes de développement.

Vous proposez un design technique, vous écrivez le code et sa documentation.

Vous serez en relation avec nos architectes pour élaborer les outils de demain qui permettront aux équipes de gagner en productivité et assurer notre avance technologique.

Vous travaillez dans un environnement moderne, avec des technologies de pointes. Vous travaillez entièrement en anglais. Vous appliquez les bonnes pratiques, méthodes et techniques du développement logiciel moderne, accompagné par un Lead Développeur.

Votre role:

• Construction d’une solution technique à partir des spécifications fonctionnelles.
• Participation aux choix technologiques en accord avec les choix d’architecture en vigueur établi par les responsables de projet.
• Développement des logiciels en respectant les standards et procédures de développement 
• Créer et maintenir les pipelines de CI/CD nécessaires aux déploiements de notre solution
• Rédaction de la documentation technique.
• Estimer le temps nécessaire à la réalisation de vos tâches

Vous êtes la bonne personne si :

• Solide expérience en développement C# ou sur le framework .Net
• Expérience en développement web serait un vrai plus (Angular). Nos outils utilisent des interfaces web pour faciliter leur utilisation.
• Capacité à communiquer en anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.
• Maitriser GIT, un outil de type AZURE DevOps
• Compétences organisationnelles, rigueur, et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches.
• Capacité à intégrer rapidement de nouvelles méthodologies.
