We are seeking a Software Engineer I with a full-stack development background, who is a team player and adaptable to new technologies. The role involves building and enhancing services for customer solutions, working across the full stack, and delivering high-quality, scalable applications. You will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions, work within an Agile team, and focus on microservice design principles. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 1 year of hands-on development experience.
Must have:
- 1+ years of hands-on dev experience
- Proficient with C# Net, .NET Microservices, Asp .NET Core
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (Algorithms, Data Structures)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good to have:
- DevOps tooling or technologies
- Experience with databases (preferably SQL Server)
- Previous experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with CI/CD
- Full Stack Development experience

What we're looking for: A full stack developer who is a team player, willing to adapt and learn new technologies and displays the necessary customer empathy.
As a Software Engineer I, you’ll be building and enhancing services that enable our customers to deploy industry specific solutions. You’ll be joining a team of engineers who are all highly skilled and great fun to work with. You will have to challenge existing thinking, bring on new technologies and solutions, and apply your experience to help us scale rapidly
In this role, you will :
This role will have ownership to proficiently design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions, to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
- Working across Full Stack Development: Working on the Front-end, Back-end and everything in between.
- Takes pride in their work in delivering and deploying software applications that matter to your End-Users.
- Help to design, build and roll out modern and consistent User-Experience across all devices with the best enterprise performance, modernization, and security.
- Working as a part of an Agile software development team.
- Bringing energy to the team and working to tackle problems before they occur.
- Build solutions based on microservice design principles and repeatable processes.
- Engage in continuous learning, both on the job and through available technical training, to develop knowledge and skills.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on dev experience
- Proficient with at least 2 or more of the following technologies: C# Net, NET Microservices, Asp .NET Core, and DevOps tooling or technologies.
- A strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals; Algorithms and Data structures .
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git/BitBucket).
- Experience with databases, preferably SQL Server.
- Previous experience working with Cloud platforms; AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end automation testing.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
