Job Description

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Sinch Messaging will lead the product marketing strategy and cross-product projects within the Messaging portfolio. Responsibilities include market analysis and strategy, go-to-market planning and execution, messaging and positioning, content development, customer advocacy, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product marketing at technology companies, particularly in CPaaS, telecommunications, or customer communication tools. They should possess strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role involves creating compelling value propositions, developing marketing materials, and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives. This is a remote role within the United States.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the product marketing strategy and cross-product projects in our Messaging portfolio.

We are seeking a passionate and proven Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our global product marketing team. Reporting to our Product Marketing Director of Messaging, you will own the product marketing strategy and positioning, and help the organization drive the GTM strategy for key audiences.  

Responsibilities 

Market Analysis & Strategy: 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within business messaging market.  
  • Define target audience segments and tailor strategies to address their specific pain points and goals. 
  • Drive initiatives and manage cross-functional projects to implement strategies. 
  • Engage with industry analysts for market research and Sinch positioning.  

Go-to-Market Planning and Execution: 

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Sinch Messaging products ensuring timely and successful launches. 
  • Connect roadmaps across Messaging product line to create compelling value propositions that power cross-sell and upsell.  
  • Collaborate with product managers and product design (UX) on creating seamless user experience across Messaging products.  
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and prioritize initiatives. 
  • Enable the sales team to communicate value propositions and develop sales tools to support selling of our enterprise Messaging products 

Messaging & Positioning: 

  • Create clear, compelling value propositions and messaging for Messaging product line that resonate with key customer segments, industry analysts, and media. 
  • Identify market trends and define communication themes to position Sinch as a leading solution provider in identified segment.  
  • Enable field marketing, brand marketing and PR teams to deliver tailored campaigns for successful leadership positioning within identified market trends and customer pain points, as well as cross-sell and upsell.  
  • Develop speaking presentations, create enablement materials, including product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and FAQs. 
  • Act as the spokesperson for customer experience and messaging by delivering presentations in webinars, events and educational sessions with internal and external audiences 

Content Development: 

  • Produce high-quality content such as blogs, webinars, white-papers, and videos to promote Messaging solutions and position Sinch as leader in solving key challenges in business Messaging communications 
  • Partner with content and SEO experts to design content strategies that position Sinch on top of search engine results for key industry topics. 

Customer Advocacy: 

  • Collaborate with account teams to identify and showcase customer success stories. 
  • Use customer insights to refine messaging and identify industry trends. 
  • Campaign solution and customer centric approach in sales and marketing to grow customer satisfaction, increase deal value and support cross-sell and upsell 

Performance Measurement: 

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies. 
  • Monitor and analyze product adoption metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. 

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing at technology companies (if you feel you are good for this role but don’t meet this criteria, we encourage you to apply anyway ...).   
  • Experience in the CPaaS, telecommunications industry or with customer communication tools  
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. 
  • Capable of identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and delivering results in dynamic and fast-paced environments. 
  • Proven track record of quickly adapting to new roles, processes, and tools, contributing effectively from day one. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to simplify technical concepts. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to travel if needed

The annual starting salary for this position is between $132,385.00 - $165,481.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
