Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

The work Growth Supergroup does spans from building exciting new growth-focused products & experiences, developing unique and creative growth loops and GTM tactics, launching 100s of experiments each quarter, through to building the global payments & subscriptions infrastructure that allows our monthly users worldwide to access our premium products.
We’re the Activation & Engagement Group within the Growth Supergroup, focused on helping every user see value in Canva from their very first interaction. We build the features and flows that help people understand, return to, and fall in love with Canva. Whether it's authentication, onboarding, engagement, or personalization, our work turns first impressions into lasting engagement. We’re a deeply collaborative group of product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists—and now, you.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead initiatives in one of the Groups in our Growth organization. In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs that accelerate user growth, improve engagement, and unlock new opportunities through rapid experimentation and data-driven insights.
As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you are part of the Group leadership team and it is your mission to work closely with senior product, engineering, data and design leaders and product development teams to build a sustainable culture of positive urgency in delivery and make our onboarding and engagement experiences magical, measurable, and scalable.
You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs and be equally comfortable working with leadership to set strategic goals and clarify priorities, as you are with teams to communicate program status, escalate issues and manage dependencies as you are discussing technical trade-offs with an engineer.
