DevRev is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager / Sr. Associate to build the operating system for their growth. This role involves designing and optimizing operational foundations for efficient scaling, collaborating across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams. The position requires end-to-end process ownership, cross-functional problem-solving, data-driven strategy development using analytics and financial modeling, and leading strategic projects from concept to completion. Potential focus areas include Corporate Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and Operational Excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategic operations at a tech company or high-growth startup, strong data analysis and communication skills, financial acumen, and project management experience.
Must have:

What You'll Own

End-to-End Process Excellence
Take ownership of operational areas from diagnosis through implementation, driving measurable improvements that scale with our business.

Cross-Functional Problem Solving
Collaborate with teams across DevRev to identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and implement changes that enhance productivity and results.

Data-Driven Strategy
Leverage analytics and financial modeling to guide decisions, track performance, and demonstrate the impact of operational improvements.

Strategic Project Leadership
Lead initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring solutions are both elegant and scalable for our rapidly evolving needs.

Potential Focus Areas

Corporate Strategy: Align strategic initiatives for cohesive, cross-departmental growth
Revenue Operations: Optimize sales processes and deal structuring workflows
Marketing Operations: Develop data-driven inbound strategies and lead conversion systems
Customer Success: Design upsell frameworks and churn mitigation strategies
Operational Excellence: Automate manual processes and eliminate workflow inefficiencies

What We're Looking For

Experience Foundation
3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or strategic operations at a tech company or high-growth startup.

Analytical Excellence
Strong data analysis skills with proven ability to translate insights into actionable process improvements and operational wins.

Communication & Influence
Exceptional ability to communicate complex recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Financial Acumen
Comfortable with financial analysis, ROI modeling, and using data to build compelling business cases for operational changes.

Project Management
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
