Autodesk is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Strategic Territory Sales Representatives. This role involves developing talent, driving performance, and fostering an inclusive team culture. As a key member of the Inside Sales organization, you will achieve sales targets, improve customer experience, and enable professional growth. You will report to the Inside Sales Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver impactful results.
Must have:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Territory Sales Representatives
  • Drive the team to consistently exceed sales objectives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading high-performing teams
  • Fluency in English and at least two European languages (French, Spanish, Italian)

Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team of Strategic Territory Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about developing talent, driving performance, and creating an inclusive team culture.

As a key member of the Inside Sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, improving the customer experience, and enabling your team’s continued professional growth. You’ll report directly to the Inside Sales Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Territory Sales Representatives
  • Drive the team to consistently exceed sales objectives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to accelerate growth
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and at least two of the following European languages: French, Spanish, or Italian
  • Experience in technology or SaaS sales is a strong plus
