OKX is a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, providing millions with access to crypto trading and decentralized applications. They are seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated Recruiting Manager to build a world-class team in the EMEA region. The role involves designing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, developing candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing, and utilizing data to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, promote the company's reputation, and possess at least 12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment. Experience with HR databases, ATS, and CMS is required, along with knowledge of labor legislation and various interview formats.

About the Opportunity:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the company, ensuring it aligns with the company's business goals and culture.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, from defining job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and to engage passive candidates.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand each department’s needs and team dynamics.
- Promote the company's reputation as an excellent place to work.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team within a dynamic, fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, recruiting, and hiring exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured, technical).
- Able to balance a strategy-focused mindset with a hands-on approach.
