Talent Acquisition Manager

BULKHEAD is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our recruitment team. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple disciplines, helping us attract and hire top talent in the gaming industry. We're seeking someone with a background in games recruitment, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organized.

You’ll be handling everything  from creating job adverts, headhunting candidates, and managing interviews, to providing reports and maintaining strong relationships with external recruiters. 

You’ll also attend recruitment events and represent BULKHEAD at industry conferences.

-4+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

-A strong background in games recruitment.

-Awesome communication and relationship-building skills.

-Able to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
