We are recruiting a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager who thrives in the art of attracting and recruiting new talents and is ready to contribute to impactful recruitment processes and employer branding activities. 

About the role: 

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive our recruitment strategy and ensure we attract top talent. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial request to signed contract, focusing on high-quality, hands-on recruitment services to the Studio. Your role involves proactively sourcing and engaging candidates. 

You will oversee and support our Talent Acquisition team, including consultants and external partners, ensuring efficient and effective operations. You will take ownership of recruitment data and reporting, providing accurate and timely updates to key stakeholders. 

Collaboration with HRBPs and line managers is crucial to support organizational growth and development. You will educate our leaders, team, and partners on our employee value proposition and employer brand, and train hiring teams on our recruitment framework and behavior model to ensure an inclusive process. 

Maintaining an excellent candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process is essential. You will also participate in employer branding initiatives and community recruitment activities, promoting Mojang Studios positions in the market and acting as a Brand Ambassador at work fairs and events. This role is part of the People Operations team and reports directly to the Head of People Operations. We apply a hybrid work policy with minimum 2 days at our Stockholm office per week.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key striving to provide an excellent candidate experience while being a true ambassador for Mojang Studios. 

Your background: 

  • Experience from working as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and a proven track record in tech recruitment. 
  • Experience and knowledge of sourcing and headhunting  
  • Demonstrated experience in functional leadership and people management. 
  • Strong understanding of the overall TA function and delivery. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Talent Aquisition strategies and best practices. 
  • Experience and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Knowledge of HR processes is considered an advantage.
