Tech Lead

What You'll Do

• 6+ Years of technical product experience.
• Mandatory product testing experience
• Solid core testing skills.
• Own the preparation and execution of game test strategies and test plans.
• Ability to create solid test plans with clear objectives/scenarios and capturing the edge cases and boundary conditions.
• Ability to optimize test scenarios across multiple test plans to increase testing efficiency
• Able to identify the potential impact of software/hardware changes on the game functionality and create solid test plans accordingly.
• Direct test planning and test execution across all testers allocated to the project and make sure that the integrity & traceability of the tests performed is maintained.
• Drive self-learning journey to understand the domain and market regulations, and continuously expand knowledge.
• Identify and resolve test problems with strong collaboration with the project team, SIT leadership, Engineering, and other department stakeholders.
• Generate clear and effective defect reports with thorough analysis of the issue and impacts, and analyze fixes to ensure product integrity is not compromised.
• Able to review code changes,  and assess impacts/risks, and translate them into test scenarios
