Technical Project Management Office Intern

YOU WILL:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and progress reports
• Help track and report project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring they are documented and communicated effectively
• Help gather and analyze data for project performance metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with IT and various Business functions stakeholders
• Perform research on industry trends, tools, and techniques relevant to project management

YOU ARE:

• Seeking a degree in Computer science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in project management and organizational development
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18+ years of age
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student in any accredited institution 
• Pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree, and returning for at least a final term following the internship
• All Interns must be able to commit to one of the two cohort tracks that span 12-weeks

We will have two cohort tracks that you may choose from that span a 12-week period:

• COHO1 – May 21^st, 2025 – August 8^th, 2025
• COHO2 – June 17^th, 2025  – September 5^th, 2025

Internship Requirements:

• You are actively enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution and have completed at least one year of education.
• You are pursuing either an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree, and returning for at least a final term following the summer internship.
• You are able to fully commit to one of the two 12-week (40 hours per week) internship cohort tracks.
• You must be at least 18+ years of age at the start of the internship.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Hourly pay range $25
