Job Description
The UX Designer will join Razer, a global team dedicated to revolutionizing the way the world games. Responsibilities include translating requirements into detailed process flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new user interfaces and interactions. The designer will collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to determine user navigation and interaction with Razer products, while maintaining UI/UX standards. They will also need to understand project parameters, identify design problems, develop solutions, and rapidly test and iterate on product concepts. The role involves working with cross-platform teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
Must have:
- 2-3 years’ experience designing interactive experiences
- Mastery of UX design tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch
- Understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills (visual, verbal, and written)
- Excellent time management, organization & prioritization skills

Job Responsibilities :
- Work with other designers and product managers to translate high level requirements and use cases, and deliver detailed process flows, wireframes, mocks and/or prototypes, for new user interfaces and interactions into final product designs
- Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to determine how users will navigate and interact with Razer products, while helping to define and maintain UI/UX standards that will ensure uniformity across all Razer products
- Understand and work within project parameters: department design goals and requirements, internal goals, usability, and technical constraints
- Passion for understanding our users, identifying design problems and developing elegant solutions
- Take a user-centered approach to rapidly test and iterate on product concepts
- Working with cross-platform teams in Singapore, Malaysia and China
Pre-Requisites :
- Live, breathe, love design!
- 2-3 years’ experience designing interactive experiences
- Mastery of UX design tools such as Figma, XD or Sketch
- Up-to-date knowledge of app and web development trends and understanding of technology used in designing interactively (experience with After Effects are a plus)
- Attention to details, excellent problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinking with a “why-not” attitude
- Excellent time management, organization & prioritization skills
- Great communication skills (visual, verbal, and written)
- Understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and exploration (not afraid of failing, getting back up, and trying again!)
- Curated portfolio of personal example pieces; a few live site examples will be considered a plus
