Job Description

Develop audio processing software for the core PlayStation system, including the OS and game SDK. This involves system software development, signal processing module development, optimization and integration, and building mechanisms for collaboration with peripheral device development. The role requires close collaboration with developers across various layers (hardware to applications), international development teams, and product planning. The team focuses on audio software development, encompassing research and development of advanced audio technologies, PlayStation SDKs, and system development, within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Must have:

C/C++ coding experience (5+ years)
System software development
Signal processing module development
Collaboration with hardware and application developers

Good to have:

Driver development experience
Audio/voice signal processing experience
Knowledge of I2S, HDMI specifications
Multi-threaded programming experience

■職務内容：

PlayStationシステムの中核となるソフトウェア(OSやゲームSDK)開発のうち、音声処理関連のソフトウェア開発を行います。

システムソフトウェアの開発、信号処理モジュールの開発、最適化と統合、周辺機器の開発との連携を行う仕組みを構築します。

ハードウェアからアプリまで色々なレイヤの開発者、海外の開発チームに加え、商品企画などと密に連携し開発を進めていきます。

■組織・職場紹介

PlayStationのオーディオに関するほぼすべてのソフトウエア部分の構築を行う20名程度で構成されたチームです。

空音音響技術や信号処理技術の研究・開発、PlayStation SDKやシステム開発を中心に取り組んでいます。

積極的に技術情報をシェアしてお互いを高めあいながら、成長していく文化が特徴です。

■求められるスキル・技術領域

必須条件：

・C/C++によるコーディング経験者 (5年以上の経験)

・歓迎条件のいずれかに合致すること

歓迎条件：

・ドライバー開発経験

・オーディオや音声信号処理に関連する開発経験

・I2S, HDMI などの仕様の知識

・マルチスレッドプログラミングの経験
