Responsibilities:
Understanding the design brief and creating 3D models that meet the client's requirements.
Creating 3D models from scratch or from existing reference materials.
Creating textures and materials for 3D models that add realism and depth to the object.
Creating high-quality 3D models that are optimised for different platforms and devices.
Collaborating with other artists, such as animators, lighting artists, and rigging artists, to ensure that 3D models integrate well with the overall project.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest 3D modelling techniques and software, and sharing knowledge and skills with other team members.
Requirements
2 years of experience in 3D modelling
Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Auto desk Maya/ Blender.
Knowledge of 3D modelling techniques such as polygon modelling, NURBS modelling, and subdivision modelling.
Understanding of UV mapping, texturing, and material creation.
Knowledge of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
Familiarity with rigging and animation techniques.
Understanding of 3D file formats and the ability to optimize 3D models for different platforms and devices.
Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or C# to write scripts and automate tasks.
