Job Description

As an Account Executive for LATAM, you'll drive Quizizz's growth through inbound and outbound sales, focusing on reseller partnerships to expand the platform's reach. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing the sales process, building strong reseller relationships, conducting needs analysis and technical demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams, and utilizing data to inform strategy. Success requires understanding the needs of educators and school administrators and effectively utilizing the company's CRM and tech stack. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B SaaS sales professional with a passion for education and strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Role:

As an Account Executive for the LATAM region, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts. With a strong focus on reseller partnerships, you will work to expand our presence across the region. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute effective sales strategies, build lasting relationships with key partners, and achieve and exceed your sales targets. Your work will directly contribute to the success of organizations impacting millions of individuals across LATAM.

What you'll do:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets while accurately forecasting future business.
    • Manage both inbound and outbound sales processes from lead to close.
    • Focus on building and strengthening reseller partnerships to expand our presence and drive growth across the LATAM region.
    • Demonstrate effective needs analysis paired with technical demonstration.
    • Empathize with and understand the needs of key stakeholders including teachers, school leaders, and district administrators.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and prioritize impact.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our evolving products and services.
    • Utilize our CRM and tech stack with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Use data to inform strategy and guide decision-making.
