Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, including budget allocation, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative development. -Data Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs. Leverage data insights to optimise campaigns, refine bidding strategies, and enhance audience targeting for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). Multi-Channel Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends within the lighting e-commerce sector. Utilize competitive insights to fine-tune strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the brand team, designers, and developers, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide regular performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. -Proficient knowledge of various advertising platforms and tools such as SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. -Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in biddable platforms. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. -Creative thinking skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals. -Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in lighting e-commerce or D2C brands.
