Summary

As an Associate Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the accuracy and functionality of system development across the organization by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT). You will control and support test activities and tasks, working closely with Operations, Application development, and AQA teams to ensure testing efforts meet all outlined requirements. This role involves working with the project team to ensure the test environment is in place before UAT execution, confirming and monitoring the test schedule, controlling and reporting on test progress and results, and obtaining stakeholder approvals. You will also coordinate UAT initiatives by communicating across multiple lines of business, organizing meetings, and ensuring the effectiveness of these initiatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly learn and work effectively in a team setting, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently.

Job Description

Must have Skills : Japanese, Job Description : - Support accuracy and functionality of system development across the organization by coordinating user acceptance testing(UAT). - Control / support test activities and tasks. - Works closely with Operations, Application development and AQA team to ensure testing efforts are completed and meet all outlined requirements in the implemented solution. - Work with project team to ensure the test environment is put into the place before UAT execution. - Confirm for test schedule and monitor, control and report on the test progress, execution status and test results sign off. - Coordinate user acceptance testing initiatives by communicating across multiple lines of business, organizing meetings to ensure effectiveness of UAT initiatives. - Setup/hold kickoff meeting to start UAT activities including Test plan creation, share UAT schedule , test regions and end date of testing. - Partner with IT Teams to ensure testing environments are set up, testing data is loaded, and defect resolution is completed promptly before, during the testing. - Coordinate UAT and obtains stakeholder approvals. - Have to good communication with various teams. - Perform ability to quick learner and good team work. - Manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently and effectively. - Understand the needs and goals of a UAT tester and actively support to meet them.
