CyberArk's Associate Product Owner (PO) is part of the R&D development team, bridging market requirements from Product Management with implemented solutions. Leveraging business and technical expertise, the Associate PO contributes to the development process from planning through release, working closely with Senior POs, Development Teams, Product Management, Professional Services, Technical Writers, and R&D management. Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior POs and product managers on backlog items, participating in Agile ceremonies, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing backlog items by business value and technical feasibility, representing the customer within the development team, and supporting sprint reviews and demos.

Job Details

CyberArk’s Associate Product Owner (PO), a member of R&D development team responsible for filling the gap between the market requirements as presented by Product Management and the solution that determines how to implement these requirements in our products. Using comprehensive business and technical knowledge, the associate PO belongs to a team that owns the developed solution and accompanies the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers. The associate PO works closely with Senior POs, Development Team, Product Management, Professional Services, Technical Writers and R&D management.

Role Responsibilities

· Collaborate with senior POs and product managers to define and refine product backlog items.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

· Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Prioritize backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.

· Serve as the voice of the customer within the development team.

· Support sprint reviews and demos with stakeholders.
