We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Field Marketing Manager with a focus on cybersecurity to develop and execute our Channel Marketing strategy in collaboration with partners. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing initiatives with our business objectives, driving pipeline growth, and enhancing partner-generated leads through innovative demand generation programs and engaging events tailored to the cybersecurity landscape.
 
What you’ll be working on:
 
  • Strategic Development: Define marketing goals and KPIs that align with overall business objectives to ensure a clear focus on pipeline growth and partner engagement.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to track opportunity conversion rates and optimize demand generation efforts, supporting both new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers.
  • Partner Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process and go-to-market planning for new channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge of our cybersecurity offerings.
  • Market Understanding: Articulate product and solution information in the context of cybersecurity challenges and business value, effectively moving prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Program Development: Take the lead in developing channel partner programs and activities that drive engagement and results, specifically tailored to the cybersecurity market.
  • Tactical Alignment: Align tactical marketing plans with broader marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Remain adaptable to changing market conditions and organizational requirements, demonstrating flexibility in approach and execution.
  • Tracking Success: Comfortable aligning marketing plans with tangible business outcomes using campaign tracking tools.
 
What you bring to the role  
 
  • Proven experience in channel marketing preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Ideally between 3-5 years relative experience in Marketing Field
  • Experience in working with VARs, MSPs and National Accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, partner business models, and the buyer’s journey.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with proficiency in reporting and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
