Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications efforts. This position plays a key role in executing communication strategies, preparing content, coordinating events, and ensuring consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong writer, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies

• Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, reports, and corporate materials

• Coordinate meetings, events, and community outreach initiatives

• Support cross-departmental communication and ensure alignment on messaging

• Maintain and update content calendars and communication plans

• Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management review

• Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

• Attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
