Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The role involves multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficient store operations to ensure timely pizza delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong personality and people skills, with a desire to serve customers. The company offers flexible scheduling, with shifts available throughout the day and evening. Opportunities for advancement exist, with many team members progressing to management or franchise ownership. Domino's emphasizes diversity and creating an inclusive environment where all team members can reach their full potential. Key responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking telephone orders, completing paperwork, and maintaining store cleanliness. Training will be provided on taking orders, labeling boxes, and making pizzas. Excellent communication, basic math, and computer skills are essential.

ABOUT THE JOB
This job is for people who can multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment. Our goal is to get every pizza to our customers as fast as safely possible by operating efficiently in the store and we need more great team members to accomplish this. We are looking for highly motivated applicants who rise to the occasion when business demands. A competitive nature is a must. We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality, people skills, and a desire to serve.
We are very flexible with hours and can accommodate a schedule that requires only 1 shift per week or as many as 5-6 shifts per week. Both daytime and evening shifts are available.

Many of our team members began their careers as delivery drivers or customer service representatives and today are successful Domino's franchise owners. From customer service representative to management, General Manager to Manager of Corporate Operations or Franchisee, our stores offer a world of opportunity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You must be 16 years of age or older
General job duties for all store team members
  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Complete any required paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility daily
  • Maintain store equipment
TRAINING
  • Orientation and training provided on the job
  • Training will focus on:
    • Taking orders
    • Labeling boxes
    • Making pizzas
COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
