We’re currently seeking a Digital Advertising Account Manager for a global retail client in Hoboken, NJ. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a mix of on-site and remote work, and a project opportunity running through May 1, 2025, with potential for extension.
As a Digital Advertising Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop strategic campaigns, provide actionable insights, and ensure smooth execution throughout the campaign lifecycle. Digital Advertising Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and identifying growth opportunities to exceed revenue goals.
- Build strategic campaign recommendations based on a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives and marketing goals.
- Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful results and ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain agency proposal templates, ensuring they align with client needs and campaign specifications.
- Provide regular communication and updates to both clients and internal teams regarding campaign performance.
- Share actionable insights and recommendations to support the client’s strategy and drive incremental revenue.
- Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices.
- Work with sales professionals to develop proposals, evaluate deals, and collaborate on Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Partnerships.
- Offer technical guidance on campaign specifications and help troubleshoot any issues or conflicts.
Digital Advertising Account Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience leading day-to-day client relationships, collaborating with management and multifunctional teams to meet client needs.
- Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies, along with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building media plan recommendations that align with client objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through to ensure accountability across teams.
- Highly detail-oriented project management skills, crucial for building client relationships and increasing advertising investment.
- Adaptable and resourceful, able to navigate a large company while working in a nimble, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work proactively under pressure, handle multiple ad hoc requests, and escalate key issues when needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Tactical and strategic thinking skills to help influence advertising investment and supplier relationships.
