  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth product team, building a culture of experimentation, agility, and accountability.
  • Personally contribute to day-to-day growth initiatives — defining hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly based on learnings.
  • Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach, leveraging market research, customer insights, and behavioral data to optimize every stage of the user journey.
  • Solve complex growth challenges creatively and pragmatically, balancing short-term impact with long-term user and business health in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish and operationalize a scalable experimentation process across Splice, defining how teams propose, prioritize, run, and review experiments.
  • Build systems for tracking progress, reporting learnings, and celebrating wins and failures transparently to drive a culture of rapid iteration and learning.
  • Champion a growth mindset across teams by fostering collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to increase experimentation velocity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, funnel optimization, A/B testing, monetization strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven leadership experience — building, mentoring, and scaling growth or product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.
  • Proven track record of driving conversion rate improvements and increasing user retention through structured experimentation and iterative optimization.
  • Strong execution skills, able to balance strategic planning with hands-on prioritization, project management, and rapid iteration.

  • Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how UX impacts conversion, retention, and lifetime value; ability to weave UX insights into growth strategies.
