岗位职责
深入了解游戏行业，针对各类游戏产品数据进行分析挖掘，搭建分析模型，包括但不限于数据打点、收集、整理、清洗和可视化呈现；
定期出具数据分析、竞品检测报告， 总结分析结果，输出高价值的数据报告，提供管理层决策支持；
与各团队紧密合作，确保数据的准确性和及时性，为业务决策提供有力依据
岗位要求
硕士及以上学历，数学、统计学、数据工程等相关专业
4年以上数据科学、分析或数据工程相关经验， 包括观察性因果推断、因果机器学习（Causal ML）或数据建模等
负责收集、提取和整理来自不同来源的数据，并使用相关工具（如SQL、R、Python）进行处理。对数据进行格式化、重构和验证，以确保数据质
具备网页爬取（Web Crawling）开发经验
在商业分析、报告、实验设计和因果推断方面具有成熟的能力，并擅长简化复杂和模糊的问题
熟练掌握数据及应用方法。 你熟悉规模化数据分析技术 及工具（Tableau经验优先），以挖掘价值并为战略决策提供洞察
有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于沟通，责任感强
热爱游戏和游戏行业，有丰富的端游手游体验经历（请在简历or 附件中写明游戏经历
可熟练使用中英文作为工作语言
