The Global Head of AI Business Development is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities in the AI industry. This role shapes and executes the company’s global business strategy to maximize market penetration, revenue growth, and competitive advantage. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive global business development strategy for AI solutions and services; identifying emerging market trends and new business opportunities; collaborating with senior leadership; building and managing strategic alliances with technology partners, enterprise clients, research institutions, and government agencies; and leading negotiations for partnerships and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in AI business development and a proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.

The Global Head of AI Business Development is a key leadership role responsible for driving the strategic growth of the organization by identifying, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities in the AI industry. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s global business strategy to maximize market penetration, revenue growth, and competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Job Responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global business development strategy for AI solutions and services.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities in AI to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with organizational goals and vision.
Partnership Development:
- Build and manage strategic alliances with key stakeholders, including technology partners, enterprise clients, research institutions, and government agencies.
- Lead negotiations for partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing agreements to accelerate growth and innovation.
- Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers across industries.
The following information is required by pay transparency legislation in the following states: CA, CO, HI, NY, and WA. This information applies only to individuals working in these states. The anticipated starting pay range is $245,000 - $385,000. Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
