Công việc của bạn có thể bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở các nhiệm vụ sau:
1. Hỗ trợ các chiến dịch Marketing
- Phối hợp trực tiếp với đội ngũ marketing và các bên liên quan khác để thực hiện các hoạt động marketing: chiến dịch truyền thông xã hội, dự án xây dựng thương hiệu/cộng đồng, sự kiện doanh thu/DAU, …
- Thực hiện và quản lý chiến dịch hàng ngày bằng cách hợp tác với các đội ngũ nội bộ (Lập trình, Mua hàng, Pháp lý, Tài chính) và các nguồn lực bên ngoài (nhà sản xuất, agency quảng cáo, nghệ sĩ, KOLs, …) một cách suôn sẻ
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo hoạt động marketing hàng tuần/hàng tháng.
2. Hỗ trợ các công việc liên quan tới Content Creators:
- Làm việc với các Content Creators trong các nhiệm vụ vận hành hàng ngày (bao gồm tuyển dụng, giúp phát triển kênh của các content creator, tận dụng các kênh của creator để quảng bá nội dung mới, …)
- Làm việc với các Content Creators trong các dự án đặc biệt: quảng bá chương trình mới, thu hút creator mới, tạo nội dung cho các kênh mới, cuộc thi online, showmatch, v.v.
*Công việc chính của bạn sẽ được thảo luận sau khi quá trình tuyển chọn hoàn tất, để đảm bảo sự phù hợp.
- Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới ra trường
- Có thể đi làm toàn thời gian từ thứ 2 tới thứ 6 tại Văn phòng Garena tại Hà Nội trong ít nhất 6 tháng
- Có khả năng đưa ra ý tưởng về mặt nội dung, và trực tiếp thực thi các nội dung (bài post, video ngắn, nội dung website, v.v)
- Có khả năng phân tích cơ bản (sử dụng công cụ Excel)
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Khả năng quản trị công việc và dự án tốt
- Tư duy giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Đam mê chơi game (là điểm cộng nếu bạn có đam mê chơi dòng game MOBA và/hoặc FPS, đã từng đạt rank Kim Cương trở lên trong Liên Quân hoặc tương đương)
- Chủ động, chú ý đến chi tiết và kỹ năng làm nhiều công việc cùng lúc.
- Chăm chỉ, học hỏi nhanh
