Job Description

As an HR Executive at Beghou Consulting, you will be part of a dynamic team making an impact in the life sciences industry. You will drive changes in HR operations, contribute to process improvement, and work alongside passionate colleagues. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding such as supporting the TA team, managing employee onboarding, conducting background verification and offboarding processes. Employee engagement responsibilities include designing initiatives to improve satisfaction, organizing team-building activities, addressing employee queries. HR operations such as maintaining and updating employee records, assisting in monthly payroll, and resolving employee payroll queries. Documentation and compliance, including reviewing and updating HR policies. Additional responsibilities as assigned. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR operations.
Must have:
  • 6+ years of HR experience in HR Operations and employee relations.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA/BBA

We'll trust you to:

    • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Support TA Team and actively participate in the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end employee onboarding.
    • Maintain continuous engagement with prospective candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Coordinate and facilitate walk-in drives, with a willingness to travel for campus recruitment initiatives.
    • Oversee and execute onboarding activities, including induction sessions, welcome mailers, new hire kits, benefits enrollment, allocating trainings and orientation programs.
    • Conduct background verification for new hires, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
    • Off-Boarding
    • Manage the offboarding process, including exit communications, final payroll calculations, IT clearance, and overall transition procedures.
    • Conduct stay interviews to gain insights into employee motivations, concerns, and career aspirations.

    • Employee Engagement:
    • Design and implement initiatives to foster employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace morale.
    • Organize and execute virtual and in-person team-building activities and corporate events.
    • Facilitate programs that enhance a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
    • Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on workplace policies and best practices.

    • HR Operations:
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in monthly payroll data collection, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
    • Queries resolution for payroll for employees.

    • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Review and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare, maintain, and manage HR reports, records, and other relevant documentation.
    • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

    • Administrative:
    • Assist in organizing company-wide events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing communications effectively.

    • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other HR-related duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic and people-centric work environment

You'll will need to have:

    • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR Operations and employee relations.
    • Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
    • Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • MBA/BBA
