The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for providing support to current and former employees, Human Resources, and other internal/external customers. This role serves as the first point of contact, handling queries related to HR policy/process, Onboarding, I9 Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, Leaves, Terminations, and General HR Programs, Process and Systems. The specialist utilizes and interprets information systems and resources to provide HR-related information, assists employees with navigating resources, and provides first-level technical support. The specialist also escalates complex situations to Centers of Excellence, ensures service level agreements are met, utilizes analytical skills for HR operations, supports data processes and systems, assists with compliance initiatives, and supports payroll processing for North America. They must perform other duties as assigned by management. This role is crucial for ensuring employee success and provides opportunities for career growth within the company.
