Position: Senior HR Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana [5 days Onsite]

Key Responsibilities:a) HR Department Setup- Establish the HR function, processes, and team structure to align with business goals.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks that reflect organizational values.
b) Talent Acquisition & Team Building [10%-20%]- Collaborate with stakeholders to define hiring plans and build high-performing teams.
- Develop strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
c) Employee Lifecycle Management- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Create programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
d) Compensation and Benefits- Design competitive CTC packages, including salary structures, allowances, and incentives.
- Manage leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance with statutory requirements.
e) Culture and Organizational Development- Build a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s vision and values.
- Develop training programs and initiatives to support employee growth and productivity.
f) Compliance and Reporting- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track and improve processes.
Qualifications:• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR.
• Proven experience in building HR functions from scratch in a growing organization.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee benefits, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
