Roles and Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for employee queries on the tools and processes.
Own and automate the HR tools and processes used at PlaySimple Games.
Providing timely & accurate reports from the HR tools used internally.
Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes and practices.
Analyzing data points to notice trends and actionable insights.
Be the point of contact for insurance, benefits, onboarding etc.
Work closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputs
Driving impactful engagements that are crucial in boosting employee morale & connects.
Qualifications and skills:
6-8 years of experience in HR with at least 1-2 years of experience in a team handling role.
Functional knowledge of HR domains
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for details
Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
To be able to deliver basis the needs of the stakeholder
Prior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environment
High on Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
A person who enjoys challenges and is passionate about getting things done and getting ideas into reality.
Prior experience in driving engagements, and handling operations is a plus
