The Newrich Network is seeking a talented IT Recruiter for a 3-month contract. The role involves managing the complete hiring cycle, from taking requirements and screening candidates to negotiating offers. Key responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinating with hiring managers and technical experts, providing guidance on candidate evaluation, and collaborating with the Culture and Talent team to enhance candidate and employee experience. The position also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives and continuously improving recruitment processes and tools. This is a strategic recruitment activity focused on finding the right people for the right jobs.

As an IT Recruiter at Newrich Network, you'll get to:

  • Manage the complete cycle of the hiring process (taking requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, etc.).
  • Solicit and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or using the most promising sourcing methods;
  • Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process;
  • Provide a guidance role in the evaluation of candidates and provide recommendations for hiring;
  • Collaborate closely with the Culture and Talent team to ensure the quality of the candidate and employee experience;
  • Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team;
  • Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools;
  • Perform any other related tasks.
