The Lead Recruiter will work with the team to identify, engage, and close talent on a national level. We’re undergoing large-scale growth across the organization and building a robust pipeline of top IT talent is paramount to our success.
 
We're looking for someone who can leverage their experience in IT recruiting to meet our high-volume recruiting goals. We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative lead recruiter to join our team. This person will lead the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying and presenting potential candidates for client positions nationwide.
What you'll do as the Lead IT Recruiter

  • Partner with our sales organization and client hiring managers to understand needs and put together an effective strategy to deliver a pipeline of qualified candidates for review
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing candidate pipelines, screening candidates, advising client partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
  • Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
  • Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion
  • Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership  
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team
  • Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
      What you'll bring to the table: 
       
      • 5+ years of recruiting in IT Application Development and IT Professional/Managed Services.
      • Proven track-record of successfully sourcing top talent in IT related roles in a high-growth technology company
      • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results
      • Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing and a highly collaborative environment
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people leadership skills
      • Possess exceptional research, and IT sourcing abilities
      • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as a team are vital in an ever-changing environment
      • Adapt to changing priorities per business needs
      • General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
      • Experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques
      • Strong business acumen and ability to work with clients to qualify openings and ensure recruiting team has what is needed to effectively search for quality candidates.  
      • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate hiring manager needs
      • Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively
      • Stay on top of market trends, tools, and technologies
      Experience & Qualifications:

      • Proven experience mentoring junior recruiters in sourcing and screening for qualified candidates
      • Adapt to changing priorities per business needs
      • General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
      • Experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques
      • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions 
      • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate hiring manager’s needs
      • Ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust
      • Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively
