Lead of Engineering

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of developers, drive collaborative software development, ensure high-quality delivery, and mentor team members while managing project commitments. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our Australia and New Zealand domain, based in Kuala Lumpur, reporting to Head of Engineering, ANZ. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of engineers, designing and implementing scalable software solutions using C#, .Net/Python, microservices/event-driven architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Azure/AWS technologies. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality software delivery through best practices, participating in sprints, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining unit tests. The Engineering Lead will also stay current with industry trends, manage risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical guidance to team members.
